Who are you guys? Hi! I'm Jerry, I run Yakuzaboss with my brother Vick. We've been in apparel for a long time, and have been weebs for even longer. We finally decided to pull the trigger and launched Yakuzaboss late 2020 with a focus on anime inspired fan art. We're a true family run business!

Where do you ship from? - We PROUDLY print and ship all of our orders from 125 Newfield Avenue, Suite D, Edison NJ 08837. We do accept pick ups - please call us at 877.399.6777 to arrange pick ups for local orders. (We don't have an official storefront yet!)

Shipping time? - We print all of our order on demand - so please do allow around 2 business days for production, and can cap at 5-7 business days during busy season. Shipping takes between 5-10 days depending on where you're located. Again, we ship from Edison, NJ. Generally, east cost is 5-7 days, west coast is around 7-10 days. We do ship international via USPS international, shipping time varies. During 4th Quarter and Holiday Season, Shipping time can be extended up to 14 days depending on USPS and UPS services.

How do you print your shirts? - We use Brother GTX Pro B Direct to Garment (DTG) Printers to print all of our apparel. They're quite literally the best in the industry, capable of printing 1200 dpi images with bright vibrant colors. We don't use screens, we don't use stickers or transfers. We're different ;)

Standard Tee vs Premium? - We use Port & Company 100% Cotton tees for all our standard tees. They have a have a relaxed fit and lay on your body. You can compare these to any tees you may have purchased your school or college. Our Premium Tee - We use Next Level 90/10 Ring Spun Cotton / Poly blend tees. The ring spun cotton provides for a tighter mesh / thicker feel, while the polyester provides for a slightly stretchy feel. They're more snug and fit to your body more for a fitted feel.

Wash / Care Instructions: Please wash your apparel by turning the shirts / hoodies inside out first - machine wash on cold or warm, and tumble dry on low! We use Direct to Garment Printing which is designed to last for many washes, as long as this protocol is followed.

Shipping Time During Holiday Rush! During the holiday season, we experience a huge increase in demand! Thank you in advance for your patience - do trust we're working diligently on your order! Processing time is roughly 4 business days, and shipping time is on average 5-7 business days depending on where you're located. What is your shipping policy?

Shipments for orders in America are done via UPS & USPS and the order normally arrives within 5-10 business days under normal circumstances. Tracking information is provided for all orders once the order ships out usually within 2-5 days.

Shipments for orders in UK are done via Royal Mail Economy, ePacket or Singapore Post. The order with Royal Mail Economy, ePacket normally arrives within 10-20 business days and under normal circumstances. Tracking information is provided for all orders once the order ships out usually within 5 days.

Shipments for rest of the world are done via Singapore Post and normally arrives within 30-50 business days and under normal circumstances. Tracking information is provided for all orders once the order ships out usually within 5 days.

What are your shipping costs?
The total shipping charge depends on the weight of the product and the country we are shipping to but should be $4.99 for any single item, and varies for internation. If your order is above $40, shipping is free. We do not offer free shipoping for international.

Are there any bulk discounts?
Our pricing is tallied up using individual product prices so if you are thinking about purchasing 20 or more products, please contact us prior to ordering, and we’ll be happy to work on a discount for you.

How can some items be FREE?
The items that are labelled as FREE, are promotional deals that our marketing team have managed to negotiate. We only get a certain number of each product and Each deal lasts only until the product is sold out. The Items are 100% free, you simply pay the cost of our shipping, handling and processing fees to ship the items to you. Yes, it seems too good to be true but rest assure it is REAL so don't miss out while supplies last!

I've ordered multiple items, but I only received one, why?
Sometimes items from the same order will be split into different packages in order to avoid additional fees and different items may be stored in our different warehouses.

You should receive any missing components of your order within timely manner. However if you don't – please let us know and we will get right on it. You can contact our support by emailing: Support@yakuzaBoss.com.

Please keep all delivery packets and receipts as we will require them for evidence of shipment.

Where can I find my tracking number?
This will be e-mailed to you once the products are shipped and also updated in your account. You can log in and check it as it will be updated once the tracking information is available.

In the rare case, If we cannot provide you with the tracking number, you can avail the 60 day return policy if the item does not arrive.

Where is my order?
Please make sure to check your tracking number first to track where your order currently is. If the number says that you have received the order but you have not yet, it is most likely with your local postal service. Please consult them and revert back to us if there are any further issues.

Are there any customs fees?
You will need to bear the cost of any custom or import fees outside of the total price of your order from Support@YakuzaBoss.com. That being said, we mark all our orders as gifts and hence, the chance of attracting custom duties is very low.

The color looks different on my newly received item than what I see on the website – can I do something about this?
Computer screens display colors differently and that is one reason that you might receive slightly different colored products. We assure you the design will remain same and the products are of the same quality.

How secure is my personal information?
Support@YakuzaBoss.com adheres to highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information with the best security solutions.
Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.

Refunds & Returns
We accept returns for any items that are unwanted, damaged, or do not fit within 30 days of the delivery date of the package. Exchanges in sizes are also accepted wtihin 30 days of the dleivery of the product. Please contact support@yakuzaboss.com with our order number and details of your rexchange or return request, and we'll assist you as soon as possible! We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you've entered your address incorrectly - so PLEASE double check your shipping address! We will attempt to contact you if our system picks up that your address may be incorrect.

Please Note: There are no refunds on shipping costs. In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 6-8 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us via Support@YakuzaBoss.com and we will issue a full refund or resend your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. The package will be sent to the address provided. If our system detects that an address is incorrect, we will make an attempt to contact you to correct your address. If you do not correct your address, we will ship the package to the address as is. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 30 days of you getting your product. Thanks for understanding!
